Thanks to everyone who supported our #FEFightsBack for 1st decent pay rise in 10 yrs. Our brave members took 10 days strike. We accepted offer this week of 3% pay rise plus £250 payment for lowest paid staff plus improvements to the ‘new’ contract of an extra week hols,... 1/3

We increased branch membership by 20% and we learned that 1. #themoneyisthere and 2. #strikes work.
There’s no excuse not to pay workers. It’s not staff pay that cause deficit, it’s poor & greedy management
