Most people are so focused on those who aren’t in their corner that they ignore the people who are in their corner. The result is that they’re never happy and eventually burn out those who are supporting them. Focus on what matters. Focus on who matters. Gratitude is the key.

Remember it's educators that are going to be with students tomorrow. Trying to figure out the right thing to say. Trying to provide support. Trying to navigate the unthinkable.
