@cannorin3 that’s a good way to describe it. i wasn’t considering the cat-and-mouse game between the developer and the player at the time, since I was just barely a teenager 😅

@LampDX imo danmaku is all about a tug-of-war between the player and the game dev; the player would manipulate the bullet pattern by specific positioning and movement, while the game dev would lure the player to a specific area where a deadly bullet pattern would strike next...
