@TK_HelpDesk What is interesting is that your team already said multiple times that I had been contacted via DM, yet nothing actually moves forward. It feels like Turkish Airlines is more focused on sending repetitive replies and making customers go in circles than genuinely helping client!!

@TurkishAirlines 3h30 delay on my Moscow-Istanbul flight and absolutely no assistance at the airport. No communication, no refreshments, no support despite your passenger rights policy. Completely unacceptable and my entire day was ruined. Expecting proper compensation.

@TK_HelpDesk Of course I will not share personal information publicly. The purpose of these posts is to show people the poor passenger assistance and lack of real customer support provided when issues occur, followed only by generic copy-paste replies instead of meaningful help.

@TK_HelpDesk 3h30 delay, zero assistance at the airport, and after all that this is the level of “customer service” provided by Turkish Airlines. Just generic copy-paste replies telling customers to wait with no actual solution or accountability. People deserve to know. @TurkishAirlines

@TK_HelpDesk I have already sent all the requested information via DM and still have not received any concrete response or resolution regarding this 3h30 delay and complete lack of passenger assistance. I would appreciate an actual follow-up and proper handling of this complaint.

@TurkishAirlines Your staff completely disappeared during a 3h30 international delay. Passengers were left without information or assistance for hours. This is not the level of service expected from an international airline.
