🚨BREAKING: A federal judge just ordered the release of Jisella Johana Patin Patin, after ICE agents broke into her home and illegally arrested her, in South Burlington, Vermont. As a recap… Last week, ICE agents forced their way into a private home while executing a warrant for a completely different person. The man they were supposedly looking for wasn’t inside. Instead of leaving, agents arrested an Ecuadorian woman, who happened to be in the home, even though she was not the target of the warrant and is currently in the United States with a pending asylum case, meaning she is already in the legal process. And as her attorney said… “The fact that someone broke down the door to her home and detained her using a warrant that did not have her name on it — that’s a big constitutional violation… That can’t keep happening to people.” That is not a small technicality… that goes to the core of how search warrants are supposed to work in this country. A warrant is not a blank check... It is not general authority to sweep up whoever is present. It is supposed to be specific and limited. If agents can break into a home looking for one individual, fail to find that person, and then detain others who were not named… That’s a constitutional violation. Now, she’s being released after a federal judge ruled there was no good reason to keep her detained. Which is great… But that just raises the question: If there was no good reason to detain her… why was she arrested in the first place? Constitutional protections aren’t optional. Homes are supposed to be protected spaces, and warrants are supposed to limit government power, not expand it. When those boundaries blur, it puts everyone at risk. This case isn’t just about one release... It’s about whether the Fourth and Fifth Amendments still mean what they say when federal agents show up at your door.

🚨BREAKING: Armed suspected ICE agents are now grabbing young women outside college fraternities… Yesterday, a young woman was surrounded by armed men and taken, outside a fraternity house, at the University of Washington… And we need to stop pretending this is normal. Armed men grabbing a woman in public, and refusing to identify themselves, is exactly what we teach women to fear… and now the government is normalizing that, and calling it “law enforcement.” And this doesn’t just affect one person… it lowers the safety of every woman, on every campus. Because now, there’s no clear line between law enforcement and a predator. If unidentified men can take a woman from a dorm, a campus, a fraternity… then any man can pretend to be ICE and do the same thing, and that confusion is exactly what predators rely on. But, it gets worse… ICE has a pattern of detaining people they shouldn’t, then releasing them without belongings, without support, sometimes far from where they were taken… Now, apply that to a college student… away from family, in an unfamiliar place, suddenly without a phone, ID, or any way to get home. ICE agents are illegally taking whoever they can… and every time people excuse it, the line moves further. Because the second a country normalizes masked armed men grabbing any women in public, especially college students, and refusing to identify themselves… That’s not only NOT public safety… it’s actively putting every woman at risk.

🚨BREAKING: Trump just threatened to deploy ICE agents to American airports as TSA replacements if Democrats don’t fund DHS. The full statement singles out Somali immigrants specifically and names Ilhan Omar. Let’s be precise about what this actually is: TSA screens 2.5 million passengers daily for weapons and explosives. It requires specialized training, security clearances, and standardized protocols. ICE is an immigration enforcement agency. They are not the same thing. They do not have the same training. Swapping one for the other does not make airports safer — it makes them a deportation checkpoint. Senator Slotkin warned about armed ICE agents at polling locations. Trump just announced armed ICE agents at airports. The same airports where TSA funding was blocked seven times by Republicans. They blocked the funding. Now they’re threatening to replace the agency. With immigration enforcement. At the place every American has to pass through to travel. Senator Slotkin said if we get to that point we’ve lost the plot. Read Trump’s statement again. We’re at that point. Never stop connecting the dots.

Trump could fix the airport crisis right now by ordering his goons in Congress to support the Dems’ bill to pay TSA agents. Instead, he’s threatening to have ICE take over American airports like a fucking lunatic.

Republicans control all 3 branches of government. Democrats introduced 7 bills to fund TSA. Each one was blocked by Republicans.
