@UPS you’ve always been the GOAT of delivery. I’m now questioning that status. Our passport sent expedited is taking a tour of the U.S. on your planes. UPS hasn’t been able to give a clear time when our passport will be here. Trip Monday to my 90 yo mom - need help please!

@boschusa - placed an order last year @Lowes and delivery was pushed (again), now to April. I need a confirm on delivery date vs getting the date moved every month. Both companies: Please stop selling (and listing delivery dates you can’t meet) if you cannot deliver on the sale!
