But now he wants no more strikes on Iranian energy infrastructure, believing Tehran "got the message." This is the pattern. Israel pushes the envelope, Trump goes along, then pulls back when the consequences start hitting global markets. Oil just crossed $110 and the South Pars strike knocked out Iraq's electricity supply and triggered Iranian retaliation on Qatar's Ras Laffan hub.
