@ZubyMusic I have never once met someone who’s been in therapy for years and thought, “They really have their stuff together.” It’s usually the opposite. Same for enlightened spiritual chasers. But I’ve met *many* people who’ve turned their lives around by becoming supremely fit.

When I was younger, I never heard about anybody going to therapy unless they were a war veteran or victim of some horrific crime. And people were saner and better regulated back then. I'm not convinced modern therapy helps most people. The opposite is possible.

I'm a woman. I'm accustomed to men lying to me, which is why I remain single. I'm a journalist who's covered politics professionally since 2008. I'm accustomed to politicians lying to me. That's just what they do. I don't trust people. Which is why I don't associate with many of them. But Trump snuck right in under my radar, man. He made me trust him. I BELIEVED him when he said he was different. Never again. Never, NEVER again.
