$50K really isn't that bad for the Supreme ATM machine.
- Put it in an existing related business
- Charge $17 casino/stripclub withdrawal fee
- Everyone who uses it gets the content / photo op

> you still own an asset in the end.

@JHartFlips you are not factoring in the fact that you build equity paid for by tenants , compounded with appreciation , as well as heavy tax benefits

I mean that’s great and all
But most people don’t want the headaches of real estate
Not to mention one big issue with the house and your cashflow is gone for possibly years
I don’t have to deal with tenants, rent payments, rental emergencies etc in my brokerage account

Lets do the math: $150k invested in VOO would give us ~$560/mo of cash flow. $150k invested into a good multi family rental gives us ~$1,875/mo of cash flow. We really like real estate 🏡

This dude quietly disappeared after luring hundreds if not thousands of people to pay for his “mentorship” program and directing them to consign pairs at sneaker stores that he had personal ties to and stakes in, almost all of which ended up Ponzi’ing or exit scamming
I’ll use this opportunity as another reminder: most sneakers do not hold their value over time, “investing” in sneakers is not a viable investment strategy
Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise
