When I was 18, my now wife dropped me off at my house late one night. As I walking up to my door I suddenly collapsed and thankfully she saw me fall as she was driving away. Taken to ER because it was suspected I just slipped and I hit my head and had a concussion, however they discovered I had o2 sats in the 70s(very dangerous). X-rays revealed I had pneumonia and I didn’t even know except for feeling tired.
