Congressman, your missing a bit of the bigger picture. They come here on a visa, get a SBA loan to open start a business, tax deferred for 5 years. At 4 years and 11 months, they turn the business over to a family member on a fresh visa, who assumes the same loan, restarting the tax exempt clock.
We don't allow Americans to do that.
If you want to level the field, change the SBA part to where its the same loan structure (tax exempt for citizens) or make those on visas pay taxes like a citizens. And either stop allowing them to turn over the business to avoid the taxes, or allow Americans to do the same.
You are not going to get Americans to work at/own 7 elevens unless you level the field.
