This is hilarious. In 2020, Trump’s DOJ issued a binding legal opinion that said impeachment inquiries are invalid unless there is an official vote of the House. Not only is it still on the books, but it’s legally binding on Speaker Kevin McCarthy. It also means his impeachment inquiry into Biden without a vote is unenforceable. That means Donald Trump’s DOJ gave Biden a major assist in the coming impeachment probe. Sorry Kevin!
