@Jan_Leeming You over privileged arsehole. Babies are easy to make and people don’t make the best choices but why should the child who is born suffer. Feed children, educate children and society will be all the better for it.
English

Am staggered that Breakfast clubs exist. Believed it was parents’ responsibility to feed their children. All part of the Nanny State mentality. The State makes people dependent on them - that’s control.

@Jan_Leeming They attend @Keir_Starmer @UKLabour breakfast clubs instead. 😉

@autcareandshare They can’t reduce your salary. They signed a contract for that amount.

@kittenstormer @Telegraph 2% of women leave a terminally ill partner - 23% do the same.

@Telegraph Try caring for the man you adore for four years and then watching him die. You have no idea what love is.

@Kevin77199503 @piersmorgan Them working in both means they are not working in the NHS full time!!!
English

@Larkers @piersmorgan Nonsense the majority of doctor work in both.
In fact hospitals are using private hospitals and operating rooms to help cut waiting lists.
English

No, but both my parents had long agonising nights on trolleys in A&E corridors recently and it’s shameful anyone has to. I pay for private medical insurance because I can afford to and don’t want to pile even more pressure on the NHS. All who can afford it should do the same.
Vanessa @vanessahodgesx
Was Piers Morgan on a corridor receiving care & treatment for his fall, similar to 89 year old Anita I wonder…. #gmb
English

Exactly this. Those that can afford it, should. It eases strain on the NHS it’s not a commentary on its performance necessarily.
My father and step mother both worked in the NHS but my father chose private for a minor operation some years back.
My step mother was failed by the NHS. Later died from something unrelated. But may have been diagnosed earlier had an MRI been ordered.
Both worked hard for the NHS and stood by it.

@JustMissEmma Oh darling! I am so sorry you are going through the flu. Sending love x
English

Well… would you absolutely Adam an Eve it! Just as I get over a horrible 3 week long lurgy (no my nose didn’t fall off!) I end up in hospital with Influenza A, heading into an adrenal crisis and a temp of 41. ..Oh, and did I mention it’s ma birthday?
Wooop 51 here I come! Sliding my way in with a huge dose of Tamiflu, and regular paracetamol….
what a day 🤦♀️ #AddisonsDisease

@jin_shah_ @JesyNelson_stan Hopefully with less bankruptcies, drink/drug drive convictions, husbands and surgeries.
English

@JesyNelson_stan She seems like she will still be an excellent mother I can see her being what Katie Price is to Harvey. I can see her as a spokesperson for this condition also

@salltweets I stopped by knowing that it takes three days for nicotine to leave your body. YOU CAN DO THIS!

I wonder why it’s completely fine when “Australian” is shortened to “Aussie.”
But it’s racist when “Pakistani” is shortened to “Paki.”

Racist abuse is never 'banter.' It’s racist abuse. I was on the receiving end growing up. It has a deep, lasting impact. theguardian.com/politics/2025/…

My most popular cartoon by a long chalk is also oddly niche, in that it mostly appeals to a generation who remember the song it refers to and enjoy the nostalgia for their youth. I can draw one for you if you like.
