Indians come into my work for a passport photo for their american passports always with an anchor baby in tow and every time I deliberately crop it bad so it gets rejected and they have to pay a new application fee, they then come back for a new photo demanding we pay the application fee and every time they get told nope. Even the smallest thing to inconvenience/ cost them money is worth it
