@JBPritzker Moronic.
Federal minimum wage is only influential in states with low state minimum wage, which are only a few.
Prevailing wages, employees are paid whichever is higher, state or federal minimum wage.

@ggreenwald Rush Limbaugh, political pundit doing what political pundits do. And in no way did he insinuate or even hint at assassinating Obama. Removal via the process, voting out or impeachment.
Not the same as mainstream media and supposed journalists.
English

@brianstelter @60Minutes NO. The media is the buffer between the government and the people. That's no longer the case; they've morphed into an activism element.
English

Trump's interview with Norah O'Donnell on @60Minutes shows that nothing is going to change in the push-and-pull between the press and the president.
English

@JoJoFromJerz Why? People like you will continue to stoke division and hatred. That's the problem. And without guns, people that get motivated by your vitriol will use another device, like a bomb.
English

@RepJasonCrow Such antipathy for the Trump administration, that a sitting member of Congress is not only willing to embellish but advocate for the opponent of a military conflict. How is this happening???
English

Guys.
It was staged.
We’re not stupid. Well, not all of us anyway.
They’ve figured out the only thing that shifts public opinion is the idea of an assassination attempt.
There are going to be many fake claims at pivotal political moments, for the rest of his term.
Bookmark this. It’s near certain.

@ChrisCuomo Dude, just step away. You and the cadre of media pundits masquerading as journalist, are the problem. You attempt to veer stories and issues based on your biases and it broke the media machine. Seeking facts and maintaining objectivity are no longer standing pillars of journalism
English

Problem is not that this person has a stilted and partisan opinion...it is that she sees no irony offering it through one of the worst examples of what she says she opposes: Newsmax.
Kari Lake@KariLake
I don’t play around. I can’t pretend to like people just because I’m sitting next to them at an event. So I told the CNN team, ‘You guys have been derelict in your duties to the American people.’ I’ll always say it. Journalists have a duty to tell the truth. Tonight we never got our dinner or the chance to hear the president speak, but we know the truth; we support him, & we know he’s safe. Thank God for that.
English

@malcolmkenyatta ... so, correlating each and every incident to the left's gun control agenda is the strategy.
No wonder Dems can't get any legislation created and passed.
English

@donnabrazile Being deflective and dismissive even when one of your own, CNN is trying to tell you there's a problem...

@GovChristie If the Iran hardliners concede, Christie will once again look like the fool.
English

The president is playing checkers, not chess. He thought this was going to be Venezuela. Iran is not Venezuela.
If we come out of this with a strategically stronger Iran, one that knows it can close the Strait at any time and cripple the world economy, it's a geopolitical failure of enormous proportions.
English

@gregmcantwell @GovChristie Moronic.
There is a third variable, the dissenters/freedom fighters. Why do think Trump is willing to keep it going, giving them ample time to plan for either civil war or politically ousting the regime. It'll go farther this time with the economic pressure.
English

@GovChristie Trump says Iran is run by psychopaths who will use a nuclear weapon the day they get it. But he also expects them to sit down and calmly negotiate a peaceful resolution after being bombed 20,000 times and threatened with annihilation.
You cannot square those two positions.
English

@JayInslee Some of the J6 Capitol police made a choice, instead of staying idle, they went political.
English

@GretchenCarlson Were you rushed or pressured to make a comment?
People make mistakes and espouse nonsense when unprepared and forced to interject. Feels like your post.

Facts about this spin:
1) The majority of Americans either don’t want the ballroom or don’t care about the ballroom because of high gas prices, the war in Iran and a myriad of other things.
2) Even if Trump’s ballroom were done — this event would not have been held there.
Adam Kinzinger (Slava Ukraini) 🇺🇸🇺🇦@AdamKinzinger
English

@brianstelter Nice spin.
One way or another, media will make the story about themselves or their agendas.
English

@ChrisCuomo The media seeks out, induces, and perpetuates the vitriol and divisive rhetoric, it sells. You know that. You're an active member.
English

With the media? Why doesn't it start with our leaders?
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna@RepLuna
For the first time ever, everyone regardless of party affiliation experienced what it’s like to be a Trump supporter. The madness has to end, and it starts with the media.
English

@SenAdamSchiff Says the guy that corrupted the system with frivolous impeachments and committees not to mention incessant vitriol and divisive rhetoric.
English

The quick actions of the Secret Service and local law enforcement seem to have prevented horrific tragedy tonight in Washington.
Grateful for their dedication, and I continue to monitor the situation with my team. Political violence has no place in our nation, and tonight must be a reminder of how badly we need to put a stop to it.
