Everything we were told violated basic medical science. You don’t mass vaccinate during a respiratory pandemic. Cloth masks don’t stop a 0.1 micron virus. Early treatments were known. Doctors knew this. And many still complied—because medicine was politicized. That’s when trust was broken.

For two straight years, Democratic officials, White House staffers, and media figures went on camera and said Joe Biden had a photographic memory, limitless energy, and zero signs of cognitive decline. These are the actual quotes: “He works us all under the table.” “I can’t even keep up with him.” “I never, ever, ever felt like I saw anything that was decline.” These weren’t random supporters. These were people who rode Air Force One with him. People who walked into the Oval Office and sat across the desk. Not one of them expressed a single concern on camera. Then came the debate. Within days, the same party that spent two years calling him the most accomplished president of their lifetime removed him from the ticket. Not one person who said those things has been asked publicly to explain the difference between what they told America and what they knew. Nobody has answered that question yet.

@txsalth2o Washed our dogs at Tractor Supply today. Walked by the chicks and ducklings and wondered how many would be bought as cute pets for Easter and abandoned. People suck.

Easter PSA: there are farms where you can RENT a bunny or hatch baby chicks and then return them. They give you all the things you need to borrow the bunny. Easy to avoid getting a cute new pet that will become annoyance.

Ugh, another of these misinformation posts. Dr. Simone Gold, founder of America's Frontline Doctors and a prominent COVID-19 skeptic who promoted hydroxychloroquine and faced legal issues for January 6 involvement, shares a video clip from her speech criticizing early pandemic policies as contrary to medical science, including mass vaccination, cloth masks, and ignored treatments like HCQ. Peer-reviewed studies show COVID-19 vaccines reduced severe outcomes during the pandemic despite her claim against mass vaccination in respiratory outbreaks. Also cloth masks lowered SARS-CoV-2 transmission risk by blocking droplets, though less effectively than N95s. Just another misinformation and fake news BS post.

@drsimonegold Not to mention: get yourself in shape, drop a few pounds, get some fresh air and sunlight, eat better, and sleep more. All things a responsible government would have been stressing if the main goal was to keep people from getting sick and dying.

1.36% dehydration is missing roughly two glasses of water by lunchtime. That's where most office workers live by 2pm. The concentration drop is the number that should terrify every manager reading this. 45% worse concentration. 58% higher perceived task difficulty. Same person, same brain, same skills. The only variable is water. A 2015 Loughborough study found that mildly dehydrated drivers made the same number of errors as drivers at the UK legal alcohol limit. The cognitive impairment profile is nearly identical: slower reaction time, worse sustained attention, more lapses. Companies spend billions on productivity software, ergonomic chairs, and focus apps. The single highest-ROI intervention for cognitive performance costs zero dollars and sits in every office kitchen. 47% of U.S. adults drink fewer than three 16-oz glasses of water a day. The average is 44 ounces. Recommended is 91 ounces for women. Most people reading this tweet are performing at a cognitive deficit right now and have been for so long they think the deficit is their baseline. That last line from the study is the real finding: "Most aspects of cognitive performance were not affected by dehydration." Memory, reasoning, arithmetic all held. The brain protects its analytical functions and sacrifices mood, focus, and perceived effort first. You can still do the work. You just hate doing it, think it's harder than it is, and can't concentrate while you do it. That's a description of most people's Wednesday afternoon.
Brandon Luu, MD@BrandonLuuMD

Stay hydrated. Research shows even 1.36% dehydration is enough to cause significant mood decline in women: ↑ Anger-hostility 8% ↑ Fatigue 17% ↓ Vigor 12% ↑ Mood disturbance 19% ↑ Task difficulty perception 58% ↓ Concentration 45% ↑ Headaches 2x

Meanwhile, King Lamont and Democrat cronies take away every single freedom in the 3rd highest property tax state … If news were real, we wouldn’t have morons protesting President Trump. But we don’t so here in CT we’ll see: 1. Homeschooling freedom taken away 2. Personal firearms taken away 3. One vote per person taken away 4. Air, land, water, flora, fauna taken away 5. Medical decisions taken away 6. Protection from law breaking individuals taken away And these are just a few of the illegitimate “laws” CT is trying to pass with their super majority of evil king-wannabes

Consistent pattern you'll see from now-2028: >Trump wades into controversial subject/policy >Creates maximum fallout on himself among people who already hate him >Vance/others are elsewhere doing impactful work and politely nodding Ex: Right now, Trump is prosecuting a trifling military affair in the Middle East while Vance builds what is essentially a purpose-built internal governmental tech company to root out waste/fraud and abuse, overlapping fixing immigration and massive defrauding of our taxpayers, saving untold billions and dismantling the system that is subsidizing the destruction of the country. Meanwhile, there are things you don't hear about unless you intentionally step out of the torrent of Current Things... Did you know we're currently building more border wall than at any point in history under any administration? That's not propaganda from the admin, that's alarmist reporting from the Washington Post. Yet what do you hear about... Iran? In 2028, Trump is retiring, people forget that. He knows it too and is acting accordingly. Many things get buried with the scapegoat.

Zuckerberg's yacht once sailed 9,600 nautical miles, burned 676,800 liters of diesel, and waited two months in the South Pacific for him to show up. He never came. It turned around and went home. The vessel burns 1,165 gallons of diesel per hour at cruising speed. The carbon output of 630 cars running simultaneously. In nine months, it produced 5,300 tons of CO2, what 400 American households emit in an entire year. Meta's sustainability report pledges net zero across their value chain by 2030. Zuckerberg's personal fleet (there's a $30 million support vessel that follows the yacht everywhere carrying submarines, helicopters, and water toys) produced more emissions on that single empty round trip than most people will generate in a lifetime. The fuel tank holds 423,700 liters. A full fill costs about $230,000. Based on his 2024 wealth increase, Zuckerberg earns that in under 90 seconds. Net zero is a line item in someone else's budget. It always was.

Mark Zuckerberg, an outspoken critic of "man-made climate change", shows off his new $300 million, 287-foot mega yacht, powered by four gigantic diesel engines. Yet another stark reminder that Net Zero is only for the peasants

Rwandan migrant Emmanuel Abayisenga had his asylum application to France rejected multiple times since submitting it in 2012. Despite orders for deportation, he remained in the country illegally. The priests trusted him with the cathedral keys, putting him in charge of locking up and caretaking. After he set the building on fire, destroying the organ and organ loft, Father Maire took him in, offering him shelter in his own home while awaiting trial. He then murdered Father Maire. Europe in a nutshell.

The men who drafted the Fourteenth Amendment (as well as members of the society who ratified it) would be shocked that their handiwork was being used as justification for this absurdity.

Chinese men are paying to have surrogate children on US territorial islands in the Pacific… They pay to have babies born "in the US" and then immediately ship them to China to be raised under the CCP. They then get American benefits and in a few years can vote in our elections.

Arguably the best coaching performance of the Dan Hurley era in the second half of that one. Every decision and adjustment was spot on, as it needs to be down 19 against the overall #1. - they countered the Duke off ball switches with cross screen actions for Reed, chipping away at the lead + getting into bonus early in the second. - the the double curl in a ‘need a 3’ spot worked perfectly; Duke couldn’t switch it out with Reed being the screener. - most importantly, NOT automatically fouling with 10 seconds left, creating the TO that led to the game winning shot. END OF GAME CLINIC by the UConn staff.

The lefty Boomers packing these No Kings rallies have been wrong about everything. Literally everything. - nuclear power - overpopulation - recreational drug use - the Sexual Revolution - free trade - socialism You name it, they f’d it up. They are a huge reason we are $40 trillion in debt and the major driver behind blue states going belly-up. So the fact they are protesting Trump makes me certain he’s more or less on the right track. Truly the most poisonous demographic of the last century, and maybe in all of American history. Their scorn is the ultimate badge of honor.
