T4: It's important to maintain active student rad interest groups. Create extracurricular radiology certificate programs to stimulate increase exposure to radiology outside of preclinical curriculum. Also, having a shadowing coordinator (resident) to allow easier access #RGphx

T4: Increase exposure to great educators and mentors early on who are truly passionate for what they do, and one day pay that forward @mskstacy @luis_s_beltran @AwanRad #RGphx

@drsherrywang @skeletalrad and now that many multidisciplinary conferences are virtual, there is NO reason not to have medical student participants! #RGphx

T3: Rad-Path correlation is important and part of national standardized tests. Inter disciplinary case conferences offered to first and second year medical students are almost always extremely useful and popular. #RGphx

T3: Absolutely, rad-path correlation can be a first exposure to radiology for many medical students in their first year @BWHRadEdu @UMMCRadiology #RGphx

T2 The only way to show students what it means to be a radiologist is to allow them to interpret, dictate and consult in the way that we do #RGphx. It will resonate with some but perhaps not most.
