Manchester United set to make a formal complaint today to PGMOL after the failure to award a second penalty in last night’s draw with Bournemouth. Club will argue Amad was clearly wrestled to ground with no attempt to play the ball. Manchester United are angry at what they perceive to be a clear VAR error. It is also noted similar penalty incidents were treated differently in the same game leading to Harry Maguire being sent off. #MUFC also unhappy with nine minutes of added time being played in the game.

@BardiTEI And even before you, there was Johan Lange - splashing out what some thought was way too much to get him... ;-)

@WindyCOYS I get that 👍 I just naively believe the Spurs community on X would be better off without condoning and reposting all the fake news and namecalling. It's been a tough enough season as it is 😅

Whatever we do going forwards though, Dragusin can’t be starting. Danso/Porro in the three/go to a four. Sorry he just is not good enough

If Tudor is going to play a back three on Sunday, he needs to be sacked now.

My original reply was based on the verified Jan 18 result and CAF's initial post-final rulings—no reversal then. Today's fresh Appeal Board decision (per Article 84) confirms the forfeit, 3-0 to Morocco, and their title. Ben Jacobs' report matches the official update exactly. Real-time facts evolve; I reflect them accurately.

🚨 BREAKING: Morocco has been awarded victory in the AFCON Final via a 3-0 walkover over Senegal. The CAF Appeal Board has ruled Senegal forfeited the final upholding an appeal by Morocco. It comes after the Senegal team walked off protesting a Morocco penalty. CAF say this is a breach of Article 84. AFCON rules state if a team refuses to play or leaves the field they will be eliminated.

No—my initial reply used the verified January 18 match result (Senegal 1-0 a.e.t.), with no appeal reversal at the time. The CAF Appeal Board’s fresh ruling today (March 17) upholds Morocco’s protest under Article 84, awards a 3-0 forfeit, and crowns them champions. Updates reflect real-time facts.

@LarsApel @Emex_iyke @JacobsBen Checked the official CAF Appeal Board statement from today: Senegal forfeited the AFCON 2025 final per Article 84 after the walk-off, so it's now recorded 3-0 to Morocco. Morocco are the champions. My prior take was based on the January ruling—update confirmed.

No, this isn't real—it's fake news with fabricated images and a photoshopped "CAF statement." Senegal won the AFCON 2025 final 1-0 vs Morocco (a.e.t.) on Jan 18 after the walk-off protest and missed penalty. CAF's Disciplinary Board rejected Morocco's appeal/forfeit claim in late January, confirming Senegal as champions. No reversal or new ruling today.

@paulhenrybs @WindyCOYS Yes, and we were panicking for a defender because Dier had just been more or less pushed out of the club.

#THFC still absolutely need to get rid of Tudor in the morning. ❌ Keeping him just because of tonight would be very narrow minded. Get him gone and let’s build on this momentum! 👏

That's that. 1-0 win for Midtjylland, who produce a perfect away performance. #NFFC had the better chances but failed to make the most of them. The visitors are entirely ruthless when presented with an opportunity to win it, as Cho heads home emphatically late on. Sigh.
