The last time I remember a trade this big with quality players going both ways was the Tkachuk trade. It felt like we gave up so much.
But you have to in order to trade for a bonafide superstar.
I think this trade is a win for Minny if extension secured.

I know a lot of people are going to think Bill Guerin was overly aggressive with this Quinn Hughes trade. But one of the biggest critiques about the NHL is the lack of true blockbusters and teams with the cajones to go all in. These kinds of moves are exciting for the sport.

Bob is reaaaaallly struggling seeing shots from the point these days. It feels like every game he’s caught gliding across the crease trying to track the puck and it just zips by him.
Major issue for him and the Panthers right now who are trying to keep their heads above water.
