When even the BBC is reporting on these atrocities, you know the problem is truly endemic bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@TheRealJamieKay On a slightly different scale, wasn’t it?
We also didn’t export murder and murderous hatred along with our workers
English

@mariotomich 20lbs - 30 at the very most. This is just to see a rough outline of his abs (14-17%bf), not to be shredded

@RupertLowe10 @LadyRebecca_1 EVERYONE needs to get behind Restore fast, be as aloud as you can across social media.
Trump won because in part because of the power of social media.
Right now Lowe is the only Man with the potential to save the UK.
English

@timpjohansson I’m with you on that - also more achievable.
If that’s you in the left you probably need to drop about 30lbs in muscle to get to the BP in Troy look. I’m guessing he probably only weighed around 180-190 at the very most (think he’s 5ft11ish)

@_Greazemoden They aren’t dumb…
They are principled, decent humans.
They are taking responsibility beyond what seems to actually make sense for them (as you’re saying yourself).
They don’t want to see us descend into total chaos and lawlessness.
Hats off to them for doing it…

Workers are dumb why you trying to fight these people it’s not your dads shop lool

There’s a good reason why schools are told they must be apolitical

@hjluks I used to believe all the nonsense listed in Lenna’s post in my 20s and when I pursued strength above all else.
At 40 I took up (fairly) serious endurance training:
I ran had marathons before work (sometimes further)
I could deadlift >2X bodyweight for 10 reps beltless at ~7%bf
English

Nope. Running actually helps preserve your joints.
If you don’t like to run don’t run… but don’t say worthless nonsense like this.
Lennart🇩🇪@lennartprimal
Running has to be the worst sport out of all: > not fun at all > destroys joints > no meaningful goal > extremely stressful > makes you low T > ages you fast > gives you skinny fat physique > inefficent to lose weight

@paulpowlesland @EnvAgency My local river (the Hogsmill - a chalk stream in Surrey suburbia - a real urban gem) has human effluent flooding into it care of @thameswater . Credit where credit’s due, the local Lib Dem MP has been fighting for our little patch of nature. My TW water bill is insanely high
English

Hi @EnvAgency, I planned to go swimming in my river (River Roding) and checked the water quality and it’s full of sewage (often 5-7 ppm ammonia near outfalls) due to illegal outfalls putting over a billion litres of raw sewage into the river every year. The EA has not prosecuted a single one of these illegal spills or even asked Thames Water to fix them.
What should I do now?
Environment Agency@EnvAgency
These designations reflect the importance communities place in their local environment and water quality. If you're planning open water swimming this summer, check water quality. Get informed and check conditions before you go.

@CrotalusHH @MbarkCherguia Needs a big 100Kg+ bloke to just turn his back and check that bike to stop
It in its tracks.
It’d hurt for sure, but would be a lesson for the little scrot.
English

@fartcon5 @paulpowlesland At least they are speaking up for it. Urban decay surely can’t be what’s best.
English

@paulpowlesland its hilarious to see a group of people that clearly spend little time in nature discuss what they know to be best for nature.
English

I set up breakfast *in* the River Roding this week, with authors, artists and lawyers, as we discussed how art and music can drive activism for our beleaguered rivers.
It’s hard to imagine that this beautiful place is just a few hundred metres from some of the ugliest & least nature rich parts of the Roding filled with rubbish & sewage & almost buried under a motorway. It is a river of such extreme contrasts with some of the ugliest and most beautiful places of any river in London.
The fate of the Roding really does hang in the balance: will she be restored to a river of abundant life & natural beauty like this photo, as her guardians so desperately want, or will she be killed by private greed & official indifference by the government & Environment Agency?

English

@paulpowlesland This is both heartwarming and heartbreaking in equal measure. The Roding is one of the little rivers I remember fondly from my beloved rural Essex. Thank you for giving the river a voice.

@BrianAtlas I had a job a few years back where I was regularly working until after 22:00/ whenever I went to sleep.
The work was occasionally interrupted by caring for a toddler.
The two adult women who I lived with were just lying around the house like a couple of zombies.
English

@farzyness Agreed. Thought the app was reloading or something when I first saw it
