@HolaArizona Doctors have very little knowledge on nutrition. They focus on disease and not optimal health. You'll feel great and full if you move to a very protein focused (carnivore like) diet. Definitely still get a variety of veggies (fermented is better: sauerkraut) and a bunch of fruit.

This afternoon I decided to grab a bite to eat… My doctor told me I need to watch what I eat, I asked him does that mean I can’t have chocolate cake, glazed cheesecake, ice cream, sprite sodas and Little Debbie’s snakes during the day… The look on his face was priceless… It’s been two weeks since I stop eating my favorite foods… Now I’m have salads, today it’s kale, romaine lettuce, olives, tiny pickles, chopped up salami mixed with 1000 islands, blue cheese and tomato salad dressing… It’s pretty good..
