Employees have different religious and political affiliations. However, in the league there is an openness and willingness to engage with those who think differently. Success on the field is often the direct result of trust and transparency between the lines and beyond. Every team member has the right to believe what they want and support who they want and a responsibility to do so in a way that honors their convictions and respects the other members. Whether it was Trump or Biden a healthy culture is transparent enough to be unfazed by the outside noise and committed enough to address any concerns internally. - Harbaugh’s first culture test. For those who didn’t want to read all that: Dart’s decision was his. Some teammates will question others will support but delivering the ball on time and converting 3rd down is more important. They know him, we don’t.
