@djkeithkaos1 @AEWPRTeam Huh? AEW doesn't make any money. WWE is on multi-billion dollar television deals with record revenues. What are you even talking about, lol

I don't know who needs to hear this but people don't have a PHYSIOLOGICAL need to watch wrestling. You can't just assume people who gets frustrated by WWE will automatically watch AEW. They will still have to EARN that audience. Right now, they aren't. Personally, AEW just doesn't do it for me. If I quit watching WWE, then I quit watching wrestling altogether. I mean, people must have other hobbies, right?
Just Alyx@JustAlyxCentral

MJF told Ariel Helwani that he believes wrestling fans are becoming disenfranchised with WWE and TKO, and that AEW is heading toward another major paradigm shift in 2026 similar to what happened in 2019. Do you agree with him? Honestly, I think he might be right. I’m starting to notice a real upward trend for AEW lately in terms of attendance, crowd reactions, overall match quality, and positive word of mouth. Meanwhile, WWE has been receiving a lot more criticism recently, especially when it comes to SmackDown, while also struggling in certain markets to sell tickets the way they once did. Weirdly enough, it does feel somewhat similar to 2019 when AEW first emerged and WWE suddenly started reacting to competition again. Now, am I saying AEW is about to overtake WWE tomorrow? No. WWE is still the industry leader by a wide margin. But I do think momentum may be shifting a little. And if WWE continues coasting creatively while AEW keeps improving its overall product and audience goodwill, 2026 could become a very interesting year for the wrestling industry.

It's pretty wild to me that the Giants are still being looked at so negatively while a team like the BROWNS are being projected to have effectively the same record. With competent coaching in the last two seasons, the Giants were a 10-win team. Granted, these are definitely all skewed a little lower (11.5 as the highest), but it feels like this is an auto-smash of the OVER

The Giants are listed by @FanDuel for their over/under on the 2026 season as 7.5 wins. Too high? Too low? Just right?

Slater signing to AEW for more money would be an all time career fumble. Will be immediately lost in the shuffle and forgotten about by the time his first contract expires. He's talented, for sure. But that's what they said about Neville. And then he was replaced with Ricochet. And then he was replaced by Je'von Evans. There will always be a replacement.

WWE blowing this after having put Slater on the Cena Retirement Show would be an all-time fumble by Stamford. Slater is the kind of talent that will inspire a generation of kids to want become wrestlers with.

Becky's work with the younger girls is still so underrated. Just the way she promos, sets herself up for the other person to lay up shots on her that they'd probably struggle with on their own. I've said this since the days of the 4 Horsewomen era, but she'll undoubtedly go down in history as THE BEST of that group, hands down. Best of the current era, NQA. And very possibly one of the best women wrestlers of all time. And she's making stars all along her journey.

I thought Sol Ruca held her own on the mic last night on RAW. She’s clearly getting more comfortable, and Becky Lynch has done a great job making the fans rally behind Sol. I also loved that they brought up Sol not winning a match yet on the main roster. Acknowledging things like that is important because why WOULD she get a title shot? And the backstage tease was great too. It almost looked like Sol had given up, and Becky genuinely seemed disappointed for a second… until Sol came out to the ring and set up their Saturday Night’s Main Event match.

Plex has been such an incredible service for years. But to go from charging $249 to $749 screams desperation. I fear that we're about to see a dramatic shift - or potential collapse - of Plex. I remember when that lifetime subscription was $25 on Black Friday!

Today we announced that the price of a Lifetime Plex Pass will increase on July 1, 2026. To learn more about this change, including what's on the Plex roadmap in the future, visit our blog post here: plex.tv/blog/new-lifet…

@JustAlyxCentral AEW is hosting building that aren't selling out 1,000 seats. You're not noticing an "uptrend". You're watching a downsizing.

I'll give Tony credit where it's due: he has an uncanny ability to convince his roster to say anything to make it seem like AEW is on the uptrend, despite every single metric indicating the opposite. Roster is loaded with talent. They just need someone in the driver's seat that'll give them direction and tell the noisy kids in the backseat to shut up.

.@The_MJF believes AEW is in the middle of a major paradigm shift in wrestling: “Right now, wrestling fans are a little disenfranchised with WWE and TKO... It’s allowing people who haven’t taken that leap yet to finally say, ‘Okay, I’ve been drinking Diet Coke, let me try Pepsi.’ People are trying Pepsi and going, ‘Hmm, not bad.’ There was a paradigm shift in 2019, and now there’s another paradigm shift happening in 2026... We are showcasing young, hungry talent now... We just feel really special, and we feel very distinct. And I think the biggest reason why, more than anything else, is because when I’m watching All Elite Wrestling, I don’t feel like I’m watching somebody play a character.”

Would you prefer to move forward with Joe Schoen, and keep the core in tact? OR Bring in a new GM and risk a roster overhaul. I love the young core and the vision, so I prefer to extend Schoen, personally.

I wonder how they're viewing the financials. Will they see Gable & Creeds as "too expensive" for AAA, like we've seen in NXT before? Or will they view it as an investment in the brand that gets the local audience fired up, but also gets American audiences to tune in? If it's the latter, I think it has great potential to really relaunch Gable in a less-crowded scene. If it's the former, I don't want to risk losing him to "budget cuts"!

I’m curious to see if Chad Gable continues being part of AAA after he gets unmasked, because he and the The Creed Brothers are getting BIG TIME heel reactions over there. The crowd in Mexico is completely invested in this entire story, and they LOVE Ludwig Kaiser as El Grande Americano. It’s giving all six guys real purpose, making them a major focus of the show, and the crowd reactions have been insane.

I still think the strongest way to develop heels is with strong factions. And it's a shame they're not always executing it well. Gunther is fine by himself but Imperium elevated him to next-level, making his current run more meaningful. Roman reached god-like status with the Bloodline. If you look at Jacy Jane now, she's become instantly elevated by strong stablemates. I think it also positions other members of that faction to do well when they break off. Having said that, they fumbled quite a bit with MFTs. Dumb name & became a laughing stock instead of elevating Solo (who already seemed Jacob Fatu-level badass in Bloodline). The Vision floundered a lot with the frequent injuries (but is gaining steam again). If you bring Corbin back, I think you have to pair him with 2 up-and-comers that they want to position as heels later. While Baron may not need it himself, it'll help get him nuclear heat and help those people out so you aren't in this spot again in another 1-2 years. Make people consistently say "that's not fair." That's how you build a real heel.

These rumors about WWE being interested in bringing back Baron Corbin only further prove the point I’ve been making for months: WWE is lacking strong heels. The company has plenty of babyfaces, but it needs more top level heels like GUNTHER and Drew McIntyre who can realistically stand across from the biggest stars in the company. Bringing back Baron Corbin would help fill that void. He’s one of the best at making babyfaces look great in matches while still feeling like a credible threat himself. That’s why I always felt letting him go was a mistake in the first place.

After nearly 20 years working with small businesses, nonprofits, and school districts, we just relaunched with something we're really proud of. We rebuilt around one idea: small businesses deserve a real technology department — not another vendor to manage, not another invoice to question, not another sales rep who disappears after the deal closes. Strategy. IT support. Web. Cybersecurity. Marketing. Operations. All of it, under one roof, at a flat rate. If you've ever Googled a tech problem at midnight because you didn't know who else to call — this is for you.

I warn prospective customers about this constantly. Love to detail how these "cheap" platforms add up & eventually all raise their prices or shut down entirely. Pay more upfront & own your product outright. Or pay less upfront, more over time, and have to pay more to redo it when those platforms lock you up.
