People don’t seem to understand that they have already dispatched an ambulance at the beginning of the call, they are already on the way while she is going through all the questions. She is asking questions for the emergency services, the more answers the better. She is trying to get them to calm down to help the situation for everyone involved. I can see how stressful it is for both caller and 911.
