@almpib ive been skinny most of my life due to arfid but i gained to bmi 20 and that was shocking to me so i restricted ૮꒰◞ ˕ ◟ ྀི꒱ა it's kinda stupid

@almpib Food itself: I was an Arfid kid but I guess it was genetics bc my siblings also we used to hateee food

I hate chia seeds so I put them on my scrambled eggs I might be genius (besides it allowed me to not use oil bc of the jelly texture they form when soaked)

Thinking about how to break this 43 hrs fast

I had forgotten how it feels to fast more than 24h; when you enter full ketosis and you got that weird energy and feel so jumpy and fast, kinda electric when your hands just want to move and do something. I guess fat is some kind of premium fuel for the body and brain
