We've been slowly giving F the presents we bought Alexander the year he died. This is the last one. We know Alexander would have loved it. It's been 4 years. I have felt every second without him in every cell. Every year, this torturous countdown of our last moments together. 💔

Today I raised a PMQ on the Government’s plan to cut back jury trials. If this is really about reducing the backlog we inherited from years of Tory mismanagement, why is there no sunset clause?

First time under 100KG in over 3.5 years. On 19th march 2024 I weighed in at 145.6KG/23 stone. Today I stepped on the scales and now at 99.15Kg/15 stone. Since I began the fitness journey my main goal was to get back into double figures and feel more comfortable in my clothes. Today after a year and a half of training we’ve ticked the goal off. After the UK run I weighed in at 107. Went back up to 112 after a month of a BAD binge eating- so spent the last few months really locking in to my diet again. I have no plan to stop training, the gym and running truly is a beautiful thing and hopefully I can keep ticking the pounds down in the process. It’s a slow journey but one I’m excited to keep plodding at🫡

@sharrond62 The government gateway has been sending information to an email address that I have not looked at for five years about NI; I am 100% certain that I did not opt to go paperless. Given that I am no longer self-employed, I was not keeping an eye out. Everything feels broken.

I’ve paid NI for my state pension, along with my salery related income tax, every single year, in full, of my working life, since I was 18 I’m 62 (44yrs & counting) & I’m still paying - now Labour are suggesting that moneys not mine but possibly someone else’s who’s never worked a single day!🤬

@RachaelOConnor4 My uncle walked with my grandad to work one day to see if personnel had any jobs going. Grandad was Dean. They did. As a result, he spent his entire career in professional services. He says it's always been an interesting relationship with academics. He is a graduate.
