And at the same time, we’re constantly told a simplified narrative about Israel and Palestine—as if it’s a unique situation. It’s not. Conflicts over land, identity, and power exist in multiple regions, including places like INDIA, where there have been violent attacks against non-Muslim civilians as well. The difference is how it’s presented. Some conflicts are constantly highlighted in one way, while others are barely shown or discussed. At some point, you have to look beyond narratives and face the reality—both of how systems operate internally, and how conflicts are portrayed externally.
