Journalism lost a great champion this week with the death of Bruce Johnson, @BEHJ, one of the giants of First Amendment law. Bruce loved journalism and journalists, along with opera, theater and his family. He was the architect of anti-SLAPP legislation that protects reporters from frivolous lawsuits.
