@UNICEF I just recommended your dolls to a fellow parent, wanting toys to reflect our children's friendships, representing all skin tones, I bought them for my boys. Only you don't seem to make them now? If you drop the flag tshirts, they're really useful. More? @UNICEF_uk

@LfaBromley 6 years of not taking such pleasures (and rights) for granted, what a special and long-awaited scene! When the time is safe, there will be a very memorable celebration with the LFA families, we know how to party 😍

@MichaelT1979 No, you find me facts about the relative effect on children of covid 19, that was your Original STATEMENT. Yours was just opinion. I'm not interested in your relative news posts, we all see those.

@MichaelT1979 Nope, it's still opinion. There are no facts yet, you should watch the BBC 😉 .

@MichaelT1979 This conversation has lost its way. Both of our statements were universal. You said children are relatively unaffected, which I disagree with.. And yes, I DO understand the meaning of relative. Let's leave it there.

@MichaelT1979 I don't think they are. The proportionate risk of death in the older groups is not proportionate to the tangible impact on life and hardship, in any way at all. They are abstract figures to children. The threat is universal.

@MichaelT1979 That is not what I said. Read it again. To me, the skill of the best educators is the ability to think and feel from a child's perspective. We can all think from an adult's perspective, that's easy.

@MichaelT1979 Yes, true, in a compartmentalised and emotionless world, you are correct. We aren't going to meet on a conversational plane this evening. Clearly. I wish you good health Michael.

@MichaelT1979 What bothers me is your statement that children are relatively untouched by this.. It couldn't be further from the truth, particularly from a safeguarding perspective. Aren't you a head teacher?

@MichaelT1979 I understand what death is. We've said goodbye to family recently.. So you believe children should be grateful that they didn't die and that's consolation for their life being altered beyond recognition, for who knows how long? This is trauma for everyone. Child or adult.

@MichaelT1979 So what are you comparing this trauma for children to? Please elaborate

@MichaelT1979 Not 'relatively' untouched, the future will involve more nurture of the whole child in education than ever before. The scars will be real, and we can't return to the same model and government pressure which we had before. The teachers' and governors' voices need to be heard.

@SteveBackshall Haha, feeling squeamish 😲. He found them near a hedgerow edging fields where we often see owls, but not many tall trees.. He didn't find many interesting contents either.... Hmmmm. Thank you for replying!

@LauraMasonTully The contents say yes, the twist in the tail says no! Where did you find them? Below a good perching spot?
