@ZiaYusufUK Totally agree with your comment. I so hope Reform have a deep pool of real talent in time for next election.

I'm on TV tonight, being a "commentator". I'll be talking about stuff I shouldn't be talking about.
With handsome @PatrickChristys and beautiful @Anna_Firth (I hope). 11PM on @GBNEWS.
I should have my own show or be on five times a week and paid big bucks.

At Glastonbury yesterday, a band called for “inshallah, from the river to the sea.” The crowd cheered. When I hear that phrase chanted with joy, I feel fear and - whoever you are - so should you.
Most people don’t understand what it means. But it’s been used for decades by those who want to erase Jews from where their language, faith & indigenous culture began. A place that was meant to offer refuge when the rest of the world shut its door.
I’ve spoken out against injustice & unbearable loss. I’ve made work about the ‘Nakba’ & the ongoing trauma of Palestinians.
But “from the river to the sea” doesn’t call for peace.
It calls for a world without Jews. You can stand for Palestinian rights without denying Jewish ones. You can oppose a government without wishing away a people. If your activism leaves no room for someone else’s safety, grief or history it’s not activism. It’s hate.

Some nonentity rapper shouts ‘death, death to the IDF’ from a Glastonbury stage. The audience of idiots repeat the refrain, again and again.
It’s effectively a call for a second Holocaust because the IDF is all that stands between Israel and a second Holocaust.
And the BBC broadcast it live.
Which at least let us see with our own eyes how Glastonbury can morph from music concert to Nazi-style rally, more Nuremberg than Glasto.
English

@EamonnHolmes I have been following your health journey and I’m so sad to see the place you’re in right now even though, thank goodness, you’ve kept that Irish wit thriving. I hope that fall off the chair last week hasn’t made things worse.
English

@EssexPR I don’t understand why it’s not on any of the News channels

Kings college currently on lockdown, this doesn’t look good.

He’s deleted it now but this is what @kanyewest posted a few minutes ago. It’s shocking, disgusting anti-Semitism, and everyone should call it out for what it is.

@LewisSchaffer @MelvynFickling I don’t know if you have ever tried plant sterols but they are amazing for bringing down raised cholesterol I take three a day!
English

@LauraPeskin @MelvynFickling I take 500mgs of magnesium glycinate, plus 4000 iu vitamin D3, daily.
English

My lunch out in London. 200 grams of raw beef on a paper plate.
I'm now extra committed to lowering my sugar intake to less than 40g a day. Maybe 30g.
The results of my CT heart scan showed slight calcification. I'd been eating about 125g of carbs a day, which promoted calcification. Calcification is bad and unnecessary.
Photo of me today weighing 80.3 kgs at 5'10".

@LewisSchaffer @MelvynFickling Magnesium is amazing has totally got rid of my infrequent leg cramps !
English

@LewisSchaffer I still think you are a walking time bomb. I don’t believe there is one medical specialist that would accept your blood pressure being okay and feel happy that you walk out of the surgery without treatment. You are also working in a stressful job you are just very lucky so far.

@PatrickChristys @GBNEWS Congratulations and well done - all without the proper gear !!

@LewisSchaffer That is a very low reading isn’t it?. I was called back when mine was just 68 in April for a second blood test a month later and it was back to 80.
English

Waiting for the results of kidney checkup and heart scan. Was 120 eGFR at birth. Was at 59 eGFR in 2010 at age 53. Was 44 - 51 eGFR in April at 67 y/o.
First food today:
Five runny egg yolks, 160g raw beef, 20g butter and 20g cheddar cheese. Two cups of tea with a teaspoon of sugar each. 13g of carbs. 960 calories so far. No meds for the past four years.
Enjoy!

English

@LewisSchaffer Hope all okay and you enjoyed your yummy mid morning snack

Which tie should I wear tonight on @GBNEWS with @TheSimonEvans and @joshxhowie ? The Dream Team.
Which tie will I wear?

English

Back from Kings College Hospital Renal Outpatient. No urine test done, just blood work, and a prescription for a SGLT2 inhibitor Forxiga, which is said to lower my blood sugar (already low) and make me lose weight. Looking into this even though I'm no-pharma, ATM.
Feel the pain of late state kidney disease people!
My first food at 5PM. 1100 calories. Join me tonight on @GBNEWS!
