@wizzair I've now been waiting 128 days for my accommodation to be refunded following a cancellation. I have called the assistance line (thankfully only 3 minutes cost) to be told that I just need to wait or complete the complaints form online which opens another claim!! WTF!
@WizzAirUK_W9 I have 2 outstanding claims which have been open for 62 days with no meaningful update. There is never anyone available on live chat and I’m not paying £1.45 a min to call! Can you please advise how else I can contact to get an update?
Extremely disappointed by @HarwoodsGroup told last week that brake pads needed replacing at a cost of £700. Had them checked by another garage today and they they don't need doing at all!
Seen a few people complaining about @TUIUK and @chronomentary but I had a brilliant experience. Dropped the fit to fly tests off at Tui Bluewater at 6.30 last night and already have my results back by 8.30am this morning. Fit to return tests just arrived with plenty of time too!
Hi @TUIUK I’m due to drop off a fit to fly PCR at one of your stores this week. Are you able to advise what time collections are made? I.e would it be better for me to drop in the morning or evening?
@Hermesparcels there seems to be an issue with your live chat! Every time I click the option to speak to someone, it only gives me the option to end the chat! #Frustrating
