Put together some revision resources for Yr11. A countdown calendar from Easter until the exam with suggested tasks, a colour coded revision table and some double sided A6 cue cards for key quotes. Procrastination at its best! Let me know if you fancy them

Due to very poor road conditions and hazardous snow and ice around the school, Laureate will be closed to staff and students today (Monday 12th December). Students will be set, and be expected to complete work via Microsoft Teams. Message being sent out to parents directly now.

House sports competition in full flow today

Our students visited Lords cricket ground today and were given a talk by journalist and commentator Mark Nicholas, played in the nets, a tour of the ground and a chance to interview some famous international cricketers. A great day was had by all.

@education_pg We use evolve clubs. Gives you data to analyse, you can take registers on your phone easily and it gives you parents contact details should you need them in an emergency.

Does anyone use a app for students to log in for extra curricular clubs after school? I need one that can work on an I pad and where data can be analysed. In an ideal world it will talk to sims. #edutwitter

@MissCJWilliams @mr_englishteach If you pose it to all of the class then ask a specific student by name, everyone has to think and then others can build on the answer. I have tried this with my gcse classes and the responses are really thoughtful
