Hi Lauren. Some sockets on our Class 700 trains aren’t working due to a fault affecting a number of units. We're working on repairs but, with parts on order, it may take time to fix. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bearing with us while we get this sorted. ^Silva

@TLRailUK is there a reason the plug sockets in first class have stopped working. This seems to happen every time I need one. Usually because I’ve been waiting for cancelled and delayed trains like tonight! On delayed 19:53 from FPK to HIT hoping battery holds out to touch out!

@TLRailUK I’m on the 1801 from STP to HIT and the external and internal doors to the rear first class section are locked shut. Is there a reason why? It’s causing overcrowding and impacting ability to work on the commute home. Thanks.

@TLRailUK Sat on a train at a platform at Potters Bar (18:23 from FP to Peterborough). Why are countless trains to WGC being allowed to pass through the station? Why can they not be held and at least let us progress to STV to get a cab or a lift home??

It is with great sadness that we report a person has been hit by a train between Stevenage and Peterborough. All lines are blocked between these stations whilst the emergency services work to deal with this incident. Service information will follow.

Great week at 3 of our 5 sites!! My step count has gone wild…. Had great conversations with colleagues, teams and the sector discussing improvement method, change ideas and metrics. Never bored always interested

Definitely one of the highlights of my week! Digging into the details of some complex and persistent areas of trickiness but with real optimism about how we can make improvements to TTAs for patient flow! And brilliant to connect with great colleagues in person!
