Today, at the Career Strategy Summit 2026 organized for @CavendishUg Law students, I had the privilege of leading a session titled “Guided Self-Discovery Lab.” In this session, I walked the students through a deliberate journey of self-discovery, encouraging them to pause, reflect, and begin the important work of knowing themselves. I emphasized that “knowing thyself” is not just philosophical; it is practical. It is the foundation upon which intentional and fulfilling legal careers are built. The legal profession is, at its core, about people.
