I genuinely loved this movie so much. It was pure joy, excitement and fun. Made me think of how movies made me feel when I was a kid. There is a lot of negativity in the world. Trust your own judgment and trust your heart 🩶💚 “It got me!!”

Took the mini me to see the new Mando movie and had a blast! We both loved it and it reminded of watching summer action flicks as a kid back when CGI hadn’t ruined everything. Probably the best Star Wars movie since Rogue One and a definite departure from the recent Star Wars downward trend.

Not to get all foofoo this morning but if you imagine you have a mental window, an entry way to life joy ... the wider you make your window, the more joy you can have in life. The smaller the window, the smaller the joy.

@dyhptg ppl just trying to make it something it was never supposed to be and because they didnt get the movie they wanted, they dont allow themselves to enjoy an unquestionably fun romp through the universe

Mandalorian & Grogu was great btw. I could watch a million more of those "extended episodes" that "fans" were whining about.

@TopTyr_ The comments tell it all. I have a wide window that lets joy in and as such, I loved the film - would see again.

I dont understand the hate for this movie. I guess if you were expecting andor I get it. This was just good, classic Star Wars fun.

@LawrenceDCodes Been studying deterministic optimizations and yeah this does sound like a fun problem to try and tackle. Not one I think I could tackle yet but cool.

I'm fascinated that cost/token optimization doesn't have a real framework yet. It's an undergrad managerial econ problem. Number of users, tasks, task difficulty, model costs, plus auto-scaling down to a free local model when you can. The constraints aren't infinite. Who's gonna build this?

This sounds quite efficient and thanks for sharing. Do you ever wonder if this new level of connectivity may cause portion of the brain to be "on" when it would be better served by being off? Granted, your case was a quick run, good job. But I can extrapolate just a tad and see devs on cruise ships with their family, "checking on the build right quick". I don't know, maybe a slipper slope, maybe much ado about nothing

@LawrenceDCodes Was making some updates to my personal site (haven’t done that in a while) in the morning and then codex was cooking while I was like time to go for a run, so continued prompting when needed during my run (maybe like 2-3 times)
