There was no way to reach to borzo. No customer care number, no chat possible through app. If I mail, i may have to wait for how much time, I am not aware. Although process completed, but this is my bad experience. If there is an schedule option, then I was forced to get pickup

@BorzoIndia I have order no. 15092. I scheduled a pickup at 6 pm and it was assigned from 5 pm. There pickup person says I am coming now, else u cancel the order. Then I was suggested to kindly update the address of delivery etc all sorts of jugaad.
