Imagine already having active du mobile and home internet services, paying every month, but your account is “not registered” while your sales team keeps spamming you like a potential new customer all day. Absolute pathetic of a system. @dutweets
For MONTHS I haven’t been able to log into the du app or website because apparently my mobile number AND account number are “not registered” in du’s own system.
