But somehow the monthly bills arrive perfectly on time 🤡Now after registering my Ejari yesterday because I’m moving homes, I suddenly got 15+ calls TODAY from du asking if I want a NEW home internet connection. Your own system thinks I’m not even an existing customer? @dutweets

Imagine already having active du mobile and home internet services, paying every month, but your account is “not registered” while your sales team keeps spamming you like a potential new customer all day. Absolute pathetic of a system. @dutweets

For MONTHS I haven’t been able to log into the du app or website because apparently my mobile number AND account number are “not registered” in du’s own system. Tried: • UAE Pass • OTP login • Username/password • WhatsApp support • Customer support Nothing works @dutweets
