@dutweets worst ever experience since i moved to DU. I cannot cancel old connections also im facing continues issues with a slow or no internet connection with new one. When i raised a complaint and try to cancel the plan, they tricked me to upgrade with continued slow internet.

@BlockBiker My fiber sucks. I've tried both E& and Du in two different locations. Way slower than fiber I had in Hong Kong and UK.

Starlink is now available in UAE. Should I cancel my home fiber internet and switch to Starlink?

@MohdBits I have Du and E& in two different locations but my ping is always high and I find it gets slow in the evenings when more people are at home using the internet. Fiber internet in Dubai hasn't been as good as it is in Hong Kong or UK.

@dutweets really disappointed with the 5G home wireless service. Gets disconnected every time when there are alert messages and doesn’t come again. Reaching customer care through calls is nearly impossible. Tickets getting closed without proper resolution
