@dutweets I have an issues with issuing new E sim I did all the required action from the app , call centre and visiting du branches . CAN YOU HELP IN THIS MATTER
I don’t know why it took that time to issue e sim only . This is totally annoying me

@dutweets On May 11, 2026, I went to Du Nakheel Brunch and told them I wanted to change my postpaid plan to a prepaid plan. The process has been initiated and they will call from customer services; then you will complete your payment and the plan will be changed, they said.
@dutweets I have been facing problems with your customer care calls. My account was deactivated for reasons unknown and I have opted for a new plan, called and raised the problem 8 times in 4 days. Still no response, call or email. Please guide me, very urgent.

@dutweets My # 0522191833, for second renewal, I recharged for AED 1166 on 04/03/2026 and selected the plan with 200mins & 10GB PM. Above amt deducted and plan did NOT activated till now (2 months) and its shows expired. Plz sup. & activate my plan.
@dutweets complained many times, yet to get a resolution.
In shorts, the technical team was trying to convince me for plan upgrade in order to get support, he cancelled my plan without consent, got new connection & problem remains even more …….

@dutweets I am fed up calling you guys. There is no one to support. I am using Du wireless for last 3 years now after my contract I was about to migrate & du retention team given me discount of 30%, had complained of network troubleshoot, technical team disconnected my connection

إتصالات كانت جديه وفي كل مكان فجأه صارت بعض الأماكن إرسالها سيء والنت أسوأ وأسوأ
وكلمتهم على الأماكن اللي فيها الإرسال سيء وقلتلهم لتحسين قبل الشكوى ولكن مافي فايده

جد جد لا معامله مثل الناس ولا ارسال مثل الناس ، والله العظيم تمنيت يكون فيه توطين في اتصالات علشان تكون أكثر مصادقيه في التعامل ، جد جد استغلال واهمال و وصلنا لدرجة ان بعض المناطق في العاصمه ابوظبي مافيها ارسال.
