No one seems to care anymore. My little sister and I suffer from severe anemia due to malnutrition and the lack of healthy, iron-rich food. We can’t afford it daily — it’s simply too expensive. We urgently need proper meals, meat, vitamins, and regular B12 (Tri-B) injections.
