Most important lesson I learned years ago from watching my friends succeed: Staying focused mainly on one project for years is rare. Finding motivation even when it gets boring is a skill. It’s why I look at all this AI panic from a distance. Endurance is the real moat.

When I was a kid, my worst nightmare was aliens landing on Earth. Now, I dream of it. It might be the only thing that could unite humanity and get us all moving in the same direction.

Differences between Virality & Network Effect. - Virality: Current users bring new users, lowering acquisition cost (Tupperware, ChatGPT, Dropbox…). - Network Effect: New users bring more value to current users, increasing retention (WhatsApp, Visa & Mastercard, GitHub…).

Just deployed Beszel for server monitoring. It’s a minimalist alternative to Netdata. - Lightweight: Tiny resource footprint (~6MB RAM). - UI/UX First: Modern, polished dashboard. Zero clutter. - Centralized: One self-hosted hub for all VPS. beszel.dev

Migrated from MySQL to Postgres in every project. What made me switch: - Rich Types: Native UUIDs, Arrays & JSONB eliminate messy workarounds. - Safety: Strict data integrity & transactional DDL (no broken migrations). - Future-proof: Built-in AI (pgvector) & Geo (PostGIS).

Just played around with @getdokploy and their multi-server management via Docker Swarm. It is incredibly seamless and functional. 🐳 It adds a layer of abstraction to run multiple instances I should have used earlier. And their UX / interfaces are the bests.

Gave Biome a real shot, but the trade-off just isn't worth it yet. You lose too much of the rich static analysis depth provided by the ESLint ecosystem (Antfu, XO, Sheriff). Reverted to Antfu's setup and stopping the search there. No more time wasted on tooling. It just works 🫡

Super exited to launch my first ever saas! After 3 months of constantly building and iterating we’re almost done. I went from manually struggling to find leads on Reddit to automating my daily tasks like posting/commenting inside of RedditFlow! RedditFlow.com #saas
