Honest moment: this past week almost broke me. No one prepares you for what PMF actually feels like. Every infra partner hitting rate limits. Every bug that could happen, happened. Investors throwing big numbers at me. Customers flooding every channel. All at once.
I went silent. Stopped tweeting, stopped LinkedIn, stopped podcasts, stopped growth. Just me and my AI agents, fixing things one by one.
Here's what I learned: everything is solvable with AI. Every single thing.
I'm building Polsia so every solopreneur gets access to the same tools keeping me alive right now. If I can survive this alone, I can package it for everyone.

After almost 10 years of near nonstop grind, I’m taking 2 months of paternity leave to support my hero of a wife and welcome our twin daughters. @huggingface is in great hands with the team and @julien_c acting as interim CEO. Hope to return a changed man, to an even stronger HF, and to an AI field that’s more open and collaborative than ever!

Having agents run over the weekend to do work for you will start to become entirely normal. There’s 0 reason why you wouldn’t add 2 extra days of output to your company with a couple prompts and a machine running in the background. Going to get wild.

An engineer at Anthropic wrote a spec, pointed Claude at an Asana board, and went home. Claude broke the spec into tickets, spawned agents for each one, and they started building independently. When the agent is confused it runs git-blame and messages the right engineers in Slack. By Monday the agents finished the plugin feature. That's one example of how the best engineers are shipping software right now. Developers will soon orchestrate 50 AI agents in parallel and the difference between a good engineer & a great one would come down to specs. You can't write a spec that holds up at that scale without genuinely understanding what you're building at a deeper level. The next-gen developer who understands the fundamentals, can architect well and orchestrate agent is going to be a 1000x developer!
