@potteriesbuses The service was missed altogether and I had to wait for 45 minutes for the next one meaning I was very late for work. The bus wasn’t showing up on the tracker today either but it has turned up this time!

@PostOffice re: travel money app, getting error 6004 when trying to view card activity and top up, please help, I travel in 3 days!

@NicolaWitchalls @PostOffice You can use the card like a debit card at home too, it’s cheaper to do it that way rather than pay their fee. Of course they wouldn’t tell you that though!

@PostOffice just gone into my local post office to withdrawal my money left on my PO travel money card and was told there would be a fee of £1.50 to do this. Is this correct? As it doesn’t say anything about a few to do this on your FAQS!

@potteriesbuses I only need one trip per day. For the sake of convenience to the customer and making alighting the bus more efficient and therefore quicker, please reconsider adding single tickets to the app.

@potteriesbuses hi, I’ve had two tickets expire due to being out of date, is there any way I can get a refund on them? Also where had the 10 single ticket option gone? Which option is replacing it?

@jessicahxwkins_ @potteriesbuses I second this. I opened the app this morning to find no option to buy what I need. It used to be much better when we could buy 10 ticket packages after pay day and the expiry date was the next year. Much easier to budget!
