MND AWARENESS DAY 🧡💙 Obviously our primary focus was raising as much money as possible for the battle against MND 💙🧡 But we also wanted to spread the word and raise awareness of this terrible condition which, helped by some incredible people, we hope we did🧡💙

Another ridiculous barrier smashed thanks to all our amazing @Bupa colleagues who came and helped out on the day 💙🧡 The current total is a staggering £26,213 (national lottery voice) 🧡💙

Huge thank you to the awesome people at Handelsbanken who took part in the quiz last night🧡💙 Looks like a fun night with well over £1000 raised for the @mndassoc 💙🧡 And special thanks to big brother Al for organising everything ❤️🧡💙

We know first hand how amazing the people at the @mndassoc are. And if anything is to change regarding this ridiculous condition it will be because of the constant campaigning, research funding and support given by all involved🧡💙

To all the volunteers who came and marshalled the track, acted as official adjudicators counting laps, sold teas & coffees, signed up to be timekeepers and generally doing anything and everything asked of them 💙🧡 Special thanks to the warriors who worked through the night 🧡💙
