Your CS team has the ability to directly impact the performance of how well your ad can do when it gets traction. Incentivise your CS team to sell more in the comment section by replying on time, providing the correct guidance and offering a discount code so you can attribute revenue to them. I've seen CS teams treated almost the same as sales teams. Leaderboards of: → Speed to response → Amount of returns/customers saved → Amount of revenue generated If you aren't actively optimising how your CS team can change their response style and speed then you are seriously missing out on a lot of revenue that's sitting on the table.
