Manchester United have five points more than any other club since Michael Carrick took charge. 32 points from 42. Nobody has scored more than their 27 goals. Only Arsenal have a better goal difference. For months supporters were frustrated at being lied to & gaslit by Ruben Amorim, who spun narratives for why results were so bad & progress was so slow or non-existent, why Kobbie Mainoo was frozen out. Those who voiced their concern & gave up on the direction under Amorim were abused, when all those 'fans' were doing was exhibiting blind loyalty - which isn't actually loyalty at all. Now the club is heading back to the Champions League & should finish outright 3rd, something that seemed impossible four months ago. That's how far things had fallen under Amorim. It feels good to see the club where it is, where it is heading, because of where it has been & also because all those who called themselves 'real fans' were proved to be anything but then & ever since.

Nigerians are majorly hypocrite they hate to be told the truth There’s no woman on earth death or alive that’ll date a man for 13yrs and not cheat That woman cheated, that man also cheated. that man endured till he was ready to discard her and have his revenge The end.

@Femi_OfMainland Yesterday was nothing political he was asked to tell us who he is ? It was not a campaign for the government. But an identity check ✅. Oh I will go into politics at some point in my life.

Simple as ABC…. I know many think Bwala had a poor outing, but I disagree, they must be people who know nothing about Mehdi. Bwala is a Presidential spokesman, he can’t always speak freely, and Mehdi pressed him for it, he didn’t break. The only thing I think Bwala and team could have done better is to arm him with counter facts from reputable sources, same way Mehdi plays it.
Souljah@jeffphilips1

Nobody can stand Mehdi Hassan, there'll always be uncomfortable truths to hit any guest with any country around the world. If you like, send Harvard professors. The best way to defeat Mehdi Hassan is not to go to his studio.

@JimmyHULKBusta2 @NnannaOji The good thing about all this is that it’s out there in the public space and will never be forgotten. Let the world know what we Nigerians are dealing with from this clueless & incompetence govt along with all their appointees/supporters.

I JUST TOOK TIME TO COMPLETE THE WHOLE INTERVIEW! “THIS IS MY FAVORITE PART” Mehdi Hasan had already predicted the aftermath not out of arrogance, but out of the quiet confidence of someone who knew the questions were sharper than the answers waiting for them. What followed was less a debate and more a public autopsy. Clip after clip, circulating like evidence in the court of public reason. When rhetoric meets rigor, performance alone cannot survive the encounter. Tonight, social media isn’t “having fun.”
It’s simply replaying what happens when preparation meets presumption.

@ruffydfire His questions weren't insults like yours were; you shouldn't treat guests like they're on trial. The way you challenge people makes it feel more like a courtroom than a conversation. You need to stop cross-examining your guests as if they are criminals in a court of law.

@Femi_OfMainland And I get why you think it is political because in Nigeria we are used to equating shamelessness as political and savvy. He was being shameless and sadly he forgot that he won't be in power forever and yesterday's outing will be used against tomorrow

Lol, you're not being pragmatic and thinking about the political implication of “owning up to his words”, and I think you're aware of the implications. He acted in a politically savvy way. He's there as a spokesman of the president. Hopefully when he's invited to a church to talk about himself, he can manage things the way you advised. That would be the right thing and the right place.

@Femi_OfMainland We have this notion that we as Nigeria do not have an ideology bwala is an obvious left-wing person who ended up working for the Government and is being questioned about his left-wing activities, that is what yesterday was about. And he wasn't prepared. They were not savvy at all
