Our new research article @RCSNews extends previous work on psychological safety in surgical MDTs -by analysing ways leaders try to create/maintain a ‘safe atmosphere’- one in which team members feel they can speak up about issues that cause them concern - link here and in reply

Some #NHS leaders are portraying #nhsstaffsurvey positively anecdotally e.g. 61%of staff would recommend NHS as a place to work*-BUT what about the 39% that don’t recommend it? Many yearly scores are fairly constant= 'knowns' still needing to be addressed to support speaking up
