no it's not. we prepare a lot of unique PvE only stuff for later updates + there will be stuff you will unlock only in PvE to make it available in PvP. Collaborative events also. Chill <3

As a 7,500 hr PVP / 2,500 hr PVE player
I would recommend current PVE players try out the PVP season for at least 1 week to 1 month. (Don't recommend the first couple of days though, usually chaotic with server issues)
Start of the wipe, well, now start of the season, was always the peak of the Tarkov experience, since it's filled with people with a fresh economy (packed with new & casual players too).
However, I do want to also say it would've been nice if PVE had the option to play the new perk system season (maybe with an account reset). Even adding it later would be nice.
I know @nikgeneburn & @bstategames want people to play PVP & Arena more than PVE, but I hope they remember PVE players paid extra 😅

That actually is depressing as hell, so what now? Guys like you have to go back to school, accrue more debt, and learn the stuff they didn’t learn to basically make a whole game themselves…. Power to indie developers because it’s about to become harder as well as easier to make a game that rivals multi million dollar franchises. This will be interesting.

Claude Opus 5, I think we’ve reached the inflection point where AI can produce indie quality assets for video games. This is after my second prompt, just simply telling it to increase the quality. Some of these angles on the car are truly stunning and I can 100% say they look better than a lot of Indie games I’ve recently played.

Anthem truly is the biggest wasted potential in gaming, and it could’ve made such an outstanding single player story driven game with a deep lore🚀 It would’ve also made a great Mass Effect spin-off. Such a shame it ended up this way…🥺
