62 of you joined us at hanworth for event 90 this morning, an extra warm welcome goes to Debbie who completed her first ever parkrun today. 17 lovely volunteers made it happen so a huge thank you to all of them.

@TheShitRunner I’ve been using the calm sleep stories and got a lumie clock that dims like a sunset. I put on the 15 min setting and I’m always fast asleep before it goes out. Sleep in 15 minutes is amazing for me!

Anyone got any sleep help remedies? I’ve been having utter shit sleep lately. I’ve tried all sorts, herbal teas, CBD oil, cherry juice, lavender, no electronics before bed, herbal sleep pills, non herbal sleep pills, warm milk, basically everything 😳
