Passing the Baton: Women’s Month Reflections 💐 Yesterday, the Chairperson of the Thabo Mbeki Foundation @GJFras officially handed over the baton to @LeanneManas at the Women’s event hosted by @IRMSAInsight The passing of the baton was deeply symbolic. LeeAnne received two awards – one celebrating her 21-year dedication to telling African stories with excellence and commitment, and another in the form of the baton itself – a light for her path, and a reminder of the day she too will pass it on.
