If you go through even HALF of these…
You’ll be ahead of 95% of people using AI.
Most people won’t.
Because they’re still:
• Watching random YouTube videos
• Buying overpriced courses
• “Learning AI” without actually building
Don’t be that person.
Do this instead:
1. Save this post (you’ll come back to it)
2. Pick 1 course → start today
3. Share it with someone who needs this
Free. Practical. No excuses.

Google isn’t trying to win the AI race
They’re building the operating system for the AI era.
While everyone argues ChatGPT vs Claude, Google quietly built:
Models Gemini, Gemma
Creation Stitch, Whisk, Image
Research NotebookLM, AI Mode
Video VEO, Flow, Google Vids
Coding Antigravity IDE, GeminiCLI, Jules
Agents A24, ADK,File Search API
The scary part?
All of these tools talk to each other.
That means:
10x faster prototypes
End- to-end AI workflows
Production ready agents on GCP
The next AI war won’t be model vs model.
It’ll be ecosystem vs ecosystem
Save this for later. Share it with someone building in AI

Amazon Prime costs $139/year.
Most members use 2 features: free shipping and Prime Video.
That's a $139 subscription doing the job of a $5.99 delivery fee.
J.P. Morgan estimates the actual value of Prime benefits at approximately $1,430/year more
than 10x the membership cost. But most of that value sits unclaimed behind tabs, menus,
and pages 200 million members have never opened.
And 4 of those benefits expire monthly. If you don't claim them by the end of the month,
they're gone. Amazon resets the clock. You paid for them. You lost them.
Amazon is counting on you not knowing.
Here are the 12 Prime benefits most members have never activated including the 4 that
vanish every 30 days 🧵

Every sponsorship inquiry used to cost me 10-20 minutes.
Research the company. Check fit against my content pillars. Find the right rate. Draft a reply that doesn't sound templated. Log it in my tracker.
Multiple inquiries a week. That's a full workday every month spent on email triage.
So I handed the triage to Viktor, my AI employee. Here is the exact workflow. Every Friday, I send one message in Slack:
"Find the Sponsorship Inquiries sheet in my Google Drive. Evaluate each inquiry against my sponsorship criteria, rank them by fit, and email me a summary with a recommended reply draft for each one."
What comes back: every inquiry ranked by fit with a 2-line company snapshot, and a drafted reply sitting in my Email drafts for each one.
Nothing sent. That last part is really important. Viktor drafts. I decide.
The decision always stays with me. The 10-20 minutes of digging per inquiry doesn't. Triage went from a workday a month to under 45-50 minutes.
If you run a creator business, an agency, or any inbox-driven pipeline, the lesson is the same: the reply was never the challenge. The research before the reply was.
I recorded the full workflow. Watch it below.

Your AI output is not bad because of the model.
It is bad because of the prompting level.
I mapped 3 levels and the gap is massive:
𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟭: Simple Prompting (most people)
↳ Zero-shot: just ask, no examples
↳ One-shot: one example, no extra context
↳ Few-shot: multiple examples
↳ Tasks like: summarize, brainstorm, rewrite
This works for basic tasks.
Falls apart when the work actually matters.
𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟮: Structured Prompting (the real work)
↳ Set the role: who should AI act as
↳ Define the task: exact action needed
↳ Add context: background, audience, restrictions
↳ Format the output: bullets, tables, specific layout
↳ Add constraints: tone, length, boundaries
↳ Show 1 to 3 examples of good output
↳ Use memory management and project setups
This is where most professionals should be.
Output goes from generic to actually usable.
𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝟯: System Prompting (where magic happens)
↳ Pick the right model: reasoning vs speed
↳ Chain-of-thought: think step by step first
↳ Question first: plan before acting
↳ Iteration loops: draft > feedback > revision > final
↳ 80/20 problem-solving: 20% of input, 80% of results
↳ Full formula: Role + Context + Examples + Iteration
This is where AI becomes a thinking partner.
Not a text generator. A system that plans,
reasons, and improves its own output.
I stayed at Level 1 for 6 months.
Moved to Level 2, and the output became usable.
Hit Level 3, and the output got better than mine.
Which level would you move to today?

I had to watch this twice before I remembered it was AI.
It looks like a real creator sharing how a fitness app helped him stay consistent, track his workouts, and actually see progress.
But none of it was filmed.
The person, the voice, the entire video — generated with InVideo AI.
We're reaching a point where AI-generated UGC is nearly indistinguishable from traditional creator content, and it's only getting better.
For brands, that means creating authentic-looking testimonial videos in minutes instead of spending days sourcing creators, filming, and editing.
If I hadn't told you it was AI, would you have guessed?
